Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for payments and are working on adding more options soon. Stay tuned – we’re always looking for ways to make things easier for you!
Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
We process orders pretty quickly, but if you need to make any changes or cancel, just let us know right away! If we’ve already packed or shipped your order, we won’t be able to cancel it. Shoot us an email at help@tototisland.com and we’ll do our best to assist you!
Q. Where will local pickups be?
We’ll announce the local pickup spot on our Instagram! It’ll be available on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll email you the exact location. If you need a pickup sooner, just email us at help@tototisland.com and we’ll make it happen for you!
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we’re only shipping within the US during our launch, but we’re working on getting international shipping up and running soon! We’ll keep you updated as we finalize the details. Thanks for your patience!
